We are looking to create a brand toolkit and packaging design for a high-protein milk brand called “Macro” that is targeted at fitness enthusiasts. We would like to explore 3 distinct creative routes. Project G. Hoffman Green Technology Center-2 (GHGTC-2)
I have a permit to produce green hydrogen and to build a pilot plant up to 3MW in Hudspeth County, Texas. On June 11, 2024 I received the recorded deed for 10.43 acres of land in Guadalupe Ranch Tracts 22B and 23A. The pilot plant of this project has three components: 1. The production facility which is done and it is posted 2. The power plant I designed the power plant of this project to be built with monocrystalline solar panels (model number WHC-450M-120). All the roofs of this pilot plant are covered with solar shingles and I use the steel tubing columns of the structures to support (57) FX 30kW vertical axis wind turbines and (3) 500kW horizontal axis wind turbines. 3. The green energy storage It looks to me we are struggling technologically to find feasible solutions to store energy from the sun and from the wind and to use this stored energy when we need it. My green energy storage has nine (9) sections and each section has nine (9) fee 6 feet x 60 feet steel tubing tanks. These tanks are supported by steel tubing columns and steel tubing horizontal girders. The first section of nine (9) tanks is designed to store green liquid hydrogen. The next eight (8) sections (9 tanks each) are designed to store green hydrogen gas. I can compress the hydrogen gas in these tanks when I will have extra electricity in the green off grid power plant. My plan is to provide green hydrogen gas to the Texas grid to use it for their "switch power plants" during the peak consumption. I'm not an expert in climate change but, if climate change is real then we must find feasible solutions to produce efficiently green electricity because the macro grid is the greatest polluter in the United States. I'm planning to install one (1) AEM Nexus 1000 Enapter electrolyzer, to build the power plant around this electrolyzer, and to build one (1) section for green liquid hydrogen and one (1) section for green hydrogen gas. Based on the location I will learn how to calibrate the dimensions of the power plant with this 1MW electrolyzer and I will see how many gas tanks will work fine with a 1MW electrolyzer. I will build the next steps of this pilot plant based on the data which I will accumulate in 1-2 years. As I said, I have a permit to build a pilot plant because I have to check how these technologies are working together and I have to learn how to build the entire pilot plant to be efficient and feasible. I would like to have this project executed in 3D electronic support. Project 2023-3
September 16, 2023 I designed Project 2023-3 to function as a weekly hotel for emergency situations. This project is a seven-story building plus the attic. The ground level is a garage and Level 2 to Level 7 has 24 units on each level. The off grid sustainable residential green power plant of this project has a capacity of 3MW and it is equipped with (48) FX-20kW, 220V vertical axis wind turbines, the roof is covered with solar shingles, and technically the entire building is in a photovoltaic glass envelope. Also, the power plant is equipped with electrolyzers to produce liquid hydrogen when it has extra electricity and the backup generator is using the liquid hydrogen to keep the home battery charged when there is not wind and sun enough to do so. If climate change is real then the equation is simple: More heat = More water evaporating and More ice melting In the last ten years we saw floods almost everywhere in the big cities and the sea level is rising. Every year thousands and thousands of people are losing their homes during extreme weather: wildfires, hurricanes, tornadoes, and strong earthquakes. Many of these people are losing everything that they had and many of them don't even have a bag left. I designed this project for these people to have a chance to function and to stand up again. Electricity = Access to internet, education, and prosperity We live a time of population explosion and 70% of the population has poor infrastructure in the developing countries and 1 billion people live globally with no infrastructure. In locations like Arizona, Texas, Spain, etc. where there is abundant sun and wind I can build this project to have nine stories and Level 8 and Level 9 plus the attic will function as a vertical farming facility symmetrical with Project 2023-2. We know that the macro grid is losing an enormous quantity of electricity every year. As an image, the electricity which is produced and lost by the macro grid in the United States in one year can power the UK for seven years, and the macro grid is the greatest polluter in the United States. The electrolyzers are the game changer in the sustainable residential green technologies because having the electrolyzers the power plants of my projects are losing zero kilowatt-hours and all the electricity produced is green. I can build this project anywhere in the world if there is water. All my projects are equipped with water sprinklers on top of the roof and water sprinklers around the homes or the buildings in order to protect them against wildfires and because of that it's good to have wells close to these projects. Project 2023-1
June 25, 2023 If climate change is real, we must change the concept of how we will design our homes in order to make them safe, affordable, energy efficient, energy producers, and to have clean indoor air. We can reach this goal because in 2023 globally we have materials and technology to do so. Project 2023-1 is a three-story building plus the attic and each level has two units with three bedrooms, three bathrooms; two units with two bedrooms, two bathrooms; and one unit with one bedroom, one bathroom. The west side porch is enclosed with photovoltaic glass and regular windows. The east side balconies also are enclosed with photovoltaic glass and regular windows. The roof is covered with solar shingles and has (23) FX-20kW, 220V vertical axis wind turbines. The enclosed porch and the enclosed balconies are buffers between the outside and the living space. On each level the enclosed porch is equipped with two electric furnaces, one on the north side and one on the south side. The electric furnace has the function to add fresh air from outside which is filtered and because of that the pressure in the enclosed porch will stay high. Each enclosed porch also will be equipped with air purifiers and humidifiers. The windows of each unit to the porch will be installed 4 feet high from the floor and 2 feet of the bottom of each window will be built with frosted glass for privacy. By opening the windows to the porch each unit will receive clean purified air and in wintertime the thermostat in the porches will be adjusted for 65°F and for 72°F in the summertime. The entire building was designed to have perfect ventilation for each unit; the microwave installed above the electric range in each kitchen will be connected to the ventilation system of the building. Each vent of the bathrooms will be connected to the ventilation system of the building and because of that the pressure in each unit will be lower than how the pressure in the enclosed porch is designed to be. I designed the structure of this building to stand up to a 220 mile per hour wind and to strong earthquakes. I designed this building to have vertical steel tubing columns and horizontal girders which are connected to the columns with elastic connections. The structural walls are designed to be built by using 4' x 8' wood structural blocks and because of that the structure of this building will stand up to very strong earthquakes. The wood is a great construction material and if climate change is real, we must harvest the forest scientifically and we must maintain the forest based on science in order to reduce this risk of the wildfires in our forests. The wood is a natural product and is a gift from nature--we have to learn to use this great material. The power plant of this building has a capacity of 1MW and was designed to have two electric panels. The first panel is connected to the grid and is designed to power the parking lot and the common area of the building. The second panel is powered by the building's power plant and is designed to power each unit of this building. We know that the macro grid has daily peaks of consumption usually early in the morning and in the evening. The power plant of this project is designed to pump electricity into the grid when the macro grid has peak consumption and eventually to take electricity from the grid when the consumption is low in the grid in order to keep the home battery charged if there is not wind and sun enough to keep the home battery charged. If the macro grid collapses, the power plant of this project is equipped with Generac generators and multi-voltage chargers to keep the home battery charged if there is not wind and sun enough to keep the home battery charged. Based on the specifications of the FX-20kW. 220V vertical axis wind turbines, the solar shingles, and the photovoltaic glass which I designed to be used to build this building, this project can function green almost 80% of the time off grid for an unlimited time and just 20% of the time the home battery will be charged by using the Generac generator and the multi-voltage chargers. By having millions of this kind of buildings we can make a difference in how to produce residential clean electricity in order to reduce the great polluters which are producing the electricity for the macro grid. Project VFHome-1.1
May 6, 2023 Project VFHome-1.1 is a duplex version of Project VFHome-1 and was designed to be built on two Chicago lots (50 feet x 125 feet) with an east-west orientation. Each home of this duplex was designed to function as a multi-generational family home. The fact is, the macro grid and the fossil fuel produced the modern civilization, and the modern civilization cannot survive if we don't have power in the grid or gas in the gas stations. The grid was designed to produce electricity and to sell the electricity to the customers in order to make a profit. For the grid our home is just an energy consumer, not an energy producer because the grid wasn't designed to buy electricity; it was designed just to sell electricity. But, in our days we have technologies to produce clean residential electricity on top of the roof--more than how much the home is consuming. Therefore I tried to figure out how it is possible to consume the entire residential electricity which is possible to be produced by this project and it looks to me the vertical farming is a solution. This project can provide safe homes for two families, residential clean electricity and jobs for both families to make a decent living. Project Jokai-7.2
February 18, 2023 In the last years globally thousands and thousands of people lost their homes because of climate change and strong earthquakes. These people have families, jobs, and they lost everything that they had but, they need help to stand up again, to function and to rebuild. Project Jokai-7.2 is a three-story building and the attic. Each level has eight hotel units consisting of three beds, one bathroom and a full kitchen. The attic has two hotel units, the electrical room and a storage area. The concept of this project is to build safe, affordable, transitional homes for those people who lost their homes during floods, fire, tornadoes, hurricanes, or strong earthquakes and for those people who are in transition to another home and because of that this project was designed to have hotel service. The power plant is similar to the power plant of Project Jokai-7.1 and has the same capacity to power the entire building safely and properly for an unlimited time if the macro grid is collapsing. Project Jokai-7.1
January 13, 2023 Project Jokai-7.1 is a three-story building and the attic. This project has three units consisting of three bedrooms, three bathrooms; eight units consisting of one bedroom, one bathroom; one electrical room; and one storage room. The parking lot is equipped with Level 2 EV chargers. In the flood hazard area I can lift up the entire building with minimum eight feet and use the ground level as parking. This project has two electric panels: The first panel is connected to the macro grid and is powering the common area of the building and the parking lot. The second panel is powered by the building's power plant and from this panel the rest of the building is powered. The entire electrical system is designed to follow ad literam the local building codes. The power plant of this project has fifteen FX-20kW, 220V vertical axis wind turbines which are working in system with off grid 20kW, 220V hybrid controllers. The entire roof is covered with solar shingles which also are controlled by the same off grid hybrid controllers. The hybrid controllers are charging three 100kW, 220V home batteries which are discharged by the inverters into the second electric panel. The power plant has a backup, a Generac generator, which is equipped with multi-voltage chargers in order to charge the home batteries when there is not wind and sun enough to keep the home batteries charged. The ring of the inverters is reading the power from the macro grid in the first panel and because of that the power plant of this building has the capacity to interact with the macro grid and to pump electricity in the macro grid based on the local rules and regulations which are made by the local electric company. If the macro grid collapses, the first electric panel is disconnected from the macro grid and is connected to the second panel of the building and the entire building and the parking lot will function safely and properly for an unlimited time. Technically the power plant of this project cannot be hacked and this building will function safely and properly in any natural circumstances--and that means national security. In this global energy crisis and climate change we must redesign the concept of how to build our homes and how to produce clean electricity in order to survive. By interconnecting power plants like this power plant we can create micro grids which will function in parallel with the macro grid and will have the capacity to interact with the macro grid in order to support the macro grid in the peak consumptions. It is up to us how we will approach this global energy crisis and the climate change because we have technologies to build safe homes and to produce clean electricity. All the materials we need are on the global market. I would like to have Project Jokai-7.1 executed in 3D electronic support. Please find attached Level 1, the Attic, and the West Elevation.

Project Energy3-RBS13 is a single family home with a north-south orientation. This project has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms (one of the bedrooms is a Master Bedroom). I designed the roof to support safely and efficiently a residential power plant (solar and vertical axis wind turbines) of minimum 50kW and because of that this home can function totally independent from the electric grid and the gas network for an unlimited time. By interconnecting locally the power plants of my homes I can produce micro grids which can interact with the macro grid in order to begin to shrink the macro grid and to make it much more efficient. Finalisation of a short 2D animation
Time 02 METROP Foliar feeding Upgrade and finishing of a Merop-owned character into a first (of many) explaination and sales movie on how to use Foliar feeding for professionals in a horticulture environment . Please find rough strory-board (not quite coorect) but basic attached. Subject Foliar feeding: This is a new and proffesional practice of supplying nutrients to plants through their foliage. It involves spraying water-dissolved fertilizers directly on the leaves however most nutrients can’t normally be taken in by plant- leaves or fruit! To be able to be absorbed by the plants-leaves nutrients and fertilizers need an extra substance the ‘wetting-agent’. A wetting-agent is changing the tan of the surfaces so that the macro- & micro elements can be absorbed by the plant.
